Digital Product Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Playerfont.com. All products provided on our platform are digital virtual goods, including but not limited to football font files, jersey vector materials, and related design resource files. Please carefully read our digital product delivery rules before purchasing and downloading products.

1. Delivery Method & Service Type

All digital products are delivered through instant online digital delivery. After your order payment is successfully confirmed via the platform, the system will automatically activate the product download permission. No physical goods will be shipped, and no offline delivery service will be provided.

2. Instant Delivery & Access Rights

Once the payment is completed and verified, you will obtain access rights to the purchased digital product resources in your account dashboard. To prevent abuse and unauthorized distribution of download links, each purchased product is limited to a maximum of 3 download attempts only. You can access downloads 24 hours a day, 7 days a week worldwide. Please fully download and properly save, back up all purchased font and vector files by yourself after successful downloading. The download link will take effect immediately and can only be used for legitimate personal and commercial design use within the scope of product authorization.

3. Product Delivery Content & Format Specification

The complete digital product package purchased by users includes full-format resource files matched with the product description, covering TTF, OTF, AI, CDR, PDF and other mainstream formats. All files are independently developed and produced by our in-house design team with high resolution and complete scalability, which are fully compatible with mainstream design software such as Windows, Mac system platforms, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Photoshop.

4. Delivery Confirmation Standard

The successful generation of the product download link and the activation of account download permission shall be deemed as the completion of digital product delivery. The system payment record and account download log shall be the valid basis for confirming the completion of delivery. Please check the completeness and format of the downloaded files in a timely manner after obtaining the download permission.

5. Transaction Security & Privacy Protection

All payment and data transmission processes adopt encrypted transactions, supporting secure PayPal checkout and mainstream credit card payment methods. We fully protect users’ payment information and personal data security, and will not disclose or arbitrarily use users’ transaction and download data.

6. User Responsibility Notice

Before placing an order, users shall independently confirm that the purchased product format is compatible with their own equipment and design software, and fully understand the use attributes of digital virtual goods. After the completion of digital delivery, the product ownership and use rights shall be officially transferred to the user. Users are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, repackaging, or commercially distributing our original digital products, font files and vector resources to any third party in any form.

Refund & Return Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all sales are final. Once a font or vector file has been purchased and the download link is provided, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or cancellation.

  • Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be “sent back” to us to ensure they are no longer in use.

2. Refund Exceptions (Duplicate Purchases)

The only exception to our “No Refund” policy is a Duplicate Purchase.

  • If you accidentally purchased the exact same font kit twice in two separate transactions, we will gladly refund the second transaction.
  • To request a refund for a duplicate order, please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase at [email protected] with both order numbers.

3. Technical Issues & Corrupted Files

We take pride in the quality of our fonts (TTF, OTF) and vector files (AI, CDR, PDF). If you encounter a technical issue or if a file appears to be corrupted, we are here to help:

  1. Please contact our support team immediately.
  2. We will verify the issue and provide a corrected file or a fresh download link.
  3. Technical difficulty does not constitute a ground for a refund unless we are unable to provide a working file.

4. Compatibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software to use the files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator for AI files, CorelDRAW for CDR files). Please review the product description and file formats carefully before completing your order.
